Construction & Trades

Drywall

Hanging, taping, mudding, patching, and texturing. 4-5 years commercial and residential experience, own tools and transportation.

Cement Finisher

Pour, level, smooth, and finish concrete on roads, driveways, and more. Experienced finishers with own tools.

Prep and Punch

Detail-oriented new home prep: drywall, caulking, paint overspray cleanup. Two years experience.

Construction Detail & Prep

Same skills as Prep and Punch for residential or commercial projects. Two years experience.

Construction Finish

Polish freshly poured concrete to finished surfaces. Five-plus years, journeyman level preferred.

Construction Frame

Hands-on frame building for commercial and residential. Five-plus years, journeyman level preferred.

Construction Form

Formwork for commercial and residential builds. Five-plus years, journeyman level preferred.

Electrician

CA state certified or ET-card holders. Read blueprints, install and maintain electrical systems. Five-plus years.

HVAC

Journeyman techs and high-level apprentices. Ducting systems and full installation experience.

Carpenter (Finish)

Cabinets, molding, and banisters. Wood and metal stud framing. Commercial and residential.

Painter

3-5 years experience. Residential and commercial, prep through final coat. Own tools and transportation.

Tile Setter

Floors, walls, and ceilings. Tile and marble. Five-plus years for finishers, apprentices welcome.

Welder

Five-plus years experience, journeyman level preferred. Commercial and residential.

Plumber

Five-plus years experience, journeyman level preferred. Commercial and residential.

Maintenance Technician

Multi-trade installation, troubleshooting, and repair. Residential and commercial across San Diego, Orange, and LA County.

Industrial & Warehouse

General Labor / Construction

Entry-level construction across the county: digging, erosion control, hauling, site cleanup, flagging. Six months experience preferred.

Warehouse

Fast-paced warehouse work. Six-plus months recent experience. Forklift cert is a plus.

Class C Delivery Driver / Warehouse

18 to 27 foot stake bed and box trucks. One year delivery experience, valid CA license, clean record.

Driver

Morning route in your own vehicle (mileage covered) taking employees to job sites. 5:30am start.

Office & Admin

Account Manager

Drive business growth through cold calling, networking, and connecting. Self-motivated with an ownership mindset.

Recruiter

Source candidates, set up interviews, coordinate dispatch, and run reference checks. Phone, in-person, and computer comfort needed.

Administrative Assistant

Front office support: calls, filing, faxing, email. Two years admin experience preferred. Temp-to-hire, full-time M-F.

Canvasser

Engage with the community to promote our staffing solutions. Outgoing personality, strong communication.

Hospitality & Events

Event Staff

Setup and teardown, food and beverage service, climbing walls, photo booths, and more. Flexible schedule, social personality.

Housekeeper / Houseman

Hotel and residential housekeeping across San Diego County. Six-plus months recent experience, can lift up to 50 lbs.

Prep Cook

Part-time kitchen prep at hotels across San Diego County. Six months kitchen prep experience.

Steward

Commercial dishwashing in restaurants and kitchens across San Diego County. Part-time or full-time.
